We are looking for a highly creative and user-focused Senior Digital Product Designer with 7–14 years of experience in designing intuitive, scalable, and impactful digital products. This role is ideal for a design professional who combines strong UX expertise with product thinking to create seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business stakeholders to transform complex business requirements into elegant, user-centric solutions.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in end-to-end product design, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design, prototyping, usability testing, and design system development. Exposure to Retail and Ad Tech products will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end UX and product design process for digital products,



ensuring exceptional user experiences across platforms.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and cross-functional teams to define user problems and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and product opportunities.
Create user flows, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems, UI component libraries, and interaction guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
Validate design decisions through user testing, analytics, and continuous feedback loops.
Balance user needs with business goals and technical feasibility while making informed design trade-offs.
Present design concepts, rationale, and research findings to stakeholders and leadership teams.
