Summary

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Sales Executive to drive the adoption of AksharPOS Cloud ERP & POS Software across multiple business segments such as Retail Stores, Supermarkets, Grocery Stores, Medical Stores, Hardware Shops, Garment Stores, Footwear Stores, Electronics, Mobile Shops, Restaurants, Cafés, Salons, Service Businesses, and many more.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, onboarding new customers, and building long-term business relationships through field sales.

Eligibility Criteria

Two-Wheeler with a Valid Driving License
Laptop for Product Demonstrations
Android Smartphone
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Roles & Responsibilities

Promote and sell AksharPOS Cloud ERP & POS Software to retail, wholesale, and service businesses.
Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, references, and local market research.
Conduct live software demonstrations and explain AksharPOS features and business perks.




Convert qualified leads into paying customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Understand customer business requirements and recommend the most suitable AksharPOS solution.
Build strong relationships with business owners and provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.
Coordinate with the onboarding and support team to ensure smooth customer implementation.
Collect customer feedback and market insights to help improve AksharPOS products and services.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM with customer interactions and sales activities.
Prepare daily visit reports, demo reports, and monthly sales performance reports.
Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and local marketing activities.
Represent AksharPOS professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Meet daily targets for field visits, software demonstrations, and customer follow-ups.
