Role Description This is a full time, on-site Production Manager role based in Chennai.



The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that Dry filtration products (Filter Bags) are produced safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, managing shop floor teams, coordinating with procurement, quality, and maintenance, and monitoring output against targets. The role involves implementing process improvements, optimizing resource utilization, enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies, and maintaining accurate production documentation and reporting. The Production Manager will also support continuous improvement initiatives, contribute to capacity and investment planning, and collaborate with global stakeholders to align local operations with company objectives.
