Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience in managing projects involving D365 F&O;, Retail, and Commerce.
Proven experience in handling Managed Services projects (Support projects) and accounts, including at least 3-4 large-scale accounts.
Willingness to work in a 24x7 support setting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Working knowledge of ServiceNow and other critical ticketing tools.
Experience working in a global onsite-offshore delivery model.
Candidate location should be Hyderabad.
