As we accelerate our enterprise growth journey, we're building a world-class Customer Marketing function to transform our existing customer base into our strongest pipeline generation and brand advocacy engine.

THE ROLE
This is a greenfield prospect to build GoComet's Customer Marketing function from the ground up.
We already work with 50+ enterprise customers across industries including FMCG, Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, and Industrials.



Your mission is to convert these customer relationships into a scalable advocacy engine that drives pipeline, strengthens enterprise credibility, and accelerates revenue growth.
You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to establish customer advocacy as one of GoComet's highest-converting growth channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build the Customer Reference Engine
Develop and operationalize a structured customer advocacy and reference program across enterprise accounts.
Activate 50+ enterprise customers into referral, peer-introduction, and executive reference initiatives.
Design and execute a DM-to-DM (Decision Maker to Decision Maker) introduction framework to support enterprise sales.

Own the Customer Story & Case Study Program
Build a scalable library of vertical-specific customer success stories.
Create compelling case studies featuring leading enterprise brands across Manufacturing, Pharma, FMCG, Automotive, and Industrial sectors.
