About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Marketplace - Performance Marketing to manage and optimize advertising across leading e-commerce marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, and Quick Commerce platforms ( Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc.).
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace advertising, campaign optimization, data analysis, media planning, and revenue growth. This role requires someone who can independently manage multiple brands, analyze business performance, and drive profitable growth through data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Advertising & Campaign Management
Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and Quick Commerce platforms.
Manage Sponsored Ads, Search Ads, Display Ads, Video Ads, Brand Campaigns, Product Listing Ads (PLA), and marketplace-specific media properties.
Allocate and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROAS, ROI, and sales performance.




Monitor campaign health daily and implement optimization strategies to improve overall efficiency.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Analyze marketplace performance using key metrics such as Revenue, Orders, ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, AOV, Traffic, and Share of Voice (SOV).
Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Business Reports with actionable insights.
Build dashboards and present performance reviews to internal stakeholders and clients.
Forecast sales, advertising spends, and business performance.
Marketplace Growth Strategy
Develop monthly and event-based media plans for marketplace sale events.
Identify growth opportunities using marketplace data and customer behavior.
Recommend strategies to improve traffic, conversion, and profitability.
Track and improve the complete customer funnel from impressions to orders.
Myntra & Nykaa Media Management
Plan and execute campaigns across Myntra Search PCA, Platinum Properties, Homepage
