Role Description The Managing Editorial Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida,



supporting the editorial and production workflow across Insight Editions’ publishing programs. This role assists in tracking schedules and deadlines, maintaining title metadata, and coordinating communications between editorial, design, production, and external partners. The Managing Editorial Assistant helps prepare, proofread, and review manuscripts, layouts, and final files to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with house style and brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing files and documentation, updating project trackers, preparing copy for catalogs and marketing materials, and supporting rights and permissions processes as needed. The role also involves resolving routine queries, flagging potential issues in timelines or quality, and contributing to continuous improvement of editorial processes.
