About the Role
Bhakti Lok is looking for a Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in mobile app user acquisition through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads. This role is focused on driving app installs and in-app purchase conversions for a consumer mobile application.
Please Note: This role is strictly for candidates with experience running app install and app purchase campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta App Install and App Purchase campaigns..
• Drive quality app users while optimizing for in-app purchases and ROAS..
• Manage campaign budgets and continuously improve CPI, CPA, ROAS, and purchase conversion rates..
• Create, test, and scale audiences, creatives, and campaign strategies..




• Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives..
• Monitor campaign performance and provide daily optimization recommendations..
• Analyze campaign data and identify growth opportunities..

Requirements
• 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience running Meta App Install and App Purchase campaigns..
• Experience optimizing campaigns for mobile app purchases, not just website conversions or lead generation..
• Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, App Events, SDKs, attribution tools, and campaign optimization..
• Good analytical skills with knowledge of KPIs such as CPI, CPA, Purchase ROAS, Retention, and LTV..
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred..

Important Screening Criteria
Candidates must have experience running App Install and App Purchase campaigns.
We are NOT considering candidates whose experience is limited to:
• Lead Generation campaigns.
• Website Conversion campaigns.
• E-commerce/D2C advertising.
