Role Overview

Project Coordinator will lead the HR transformation projects across the company on a global level . This person will coordinate, integrate, and ensure project outcomes. He/she will work closely with global and local HR teams in APAC, EMEA, and LATAM countries .

Your Impact On The Mission

Define project governance, structure, cadence and format of status reporting
Develop and maintain key project documents, such as project plan, project charter, risk & issue log, dependencies matrix, etc.
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Coordinate / drive resources towards the required project deliverables
Manage changes and their impact on project deliverables and constraints
Manage stakeholders and commun
