About the Opportunity

This role offers the opportunity to work with international teams, collaborate with leading OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), and build relationships with top architects, lighting designers, consultants, and channel partners across West India.

Key Responsibilities
Drive demand generation for the Company's wireless lighting control solutions by working closely with interior designers, lighting designers, architects, and consultants.
Develop and expand business with existing channel partners while identifying new growth opportunities.
Build and strengthen relationships with key specifiers and strategic accounts across West India.
Identify, onboard, and develop new lighting partners to expand the Company's partner network.




Develop a solid technical understanding of the Company's wireless lighting control solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition.
Collaborate closely with the Pre-Sales team to deliver the best technical solutions for customer projects.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and customer engagement to negotiation and order closure.
Plan and execute marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.
Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to support business growth and strategic initiatives.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Engineering or Science preferred).
Minimum 60% throughout academics or a CGPA of 3.0/5 or above.
MBA will be considered an added advantage.
3–5 years of experience in Project Sales, Solution Sales, or Channel Partner Management.
