About the Role
The Delivery Lead is the most senior role in the Social & Search Operations team. You own the business — revenue, client outcomes, team performance, and the operating model that ties it all together.
The team is structured in pods.



Each pod is an Account Manager and one or more Associates. The AM owns the client relationship within their pod; the Associate owns campaign execution. You sit above all pods — accountable for what every pod delivers, for the commercial health of the client portfolio, and for the team's growth as professionals.
This role exists because the team is scaling a significant mandate: taking over client-facing campaign operations from a CS function, building toward full end-to-end ownership of enterprise recruitment advertising accounts. You will be the person who makes that transition work — credible with clients, trusted by your team, and commercially sharp with leadership.
