Role Description The Travel Executive | Wanderlust - Travel with Care is a full time, hybrid role based in Delhi, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The role focuses on designing and managing tailored travel experiences for seniors, ensuring comfort, safety, and ease of travel at every step.



Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and booking travel arrangements, coordinating itineraries, handling documentation, and liaising with travel partners and service providers. The Travel Executive will consult with clients and families to understand specific needs, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver empathetic, high-quality customer service. The role also involves managing travel-related queries, resolving issues promptly, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal healthcare and support teams to align travel plans with seniors’ well-being requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Travel Arrangements skills, including itinerary planning, booking tickets and accommodation, and managing travel documentation.
