Purpose:
SGA is rapidly expanding its Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Independent Sponsor practice and is looking for an experienced Manager to service mid-market and lower mid-market PE, VC, and Independent Sponsor clients across the entire investment life cycle,



from pre-LOI sector research through post-LOI portfolio monitoring and exit planning.
The ideal candidate will bring robust financial modeling and deal-structuring expertise, a track record of preparing IC-ready deliverables, and the ability to lead a team while independently managing complex and evolving client relationships. The candidate should be comfortable challenging existing processes, driving efficiencies through emerging AI tools, and proactively identifying opportunities to deepen client engagements. This role also requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and successful project outcomes.
