Job Summary
The Manager, Solution Support, India will lead Belden's Solution Consulting Support function in India, providing technical leadership for our networking solutions and enabling successful customer deployments. This role requires a robust customer-centric mindset, deep technical expertise in industrial networking technologies, and the ability to support complex customer engagements while partnering closely with other teams.





The Solution Support Manager will provide technical support to qualify solution landing and process technical requests from customers and internal peer departments.

You will also guide our partners in architecting solutions, presenting compelling recommendations, and convincing prospective Hirschmann customers to implement our industry-leading open-source solutions.

This position will report to the Senior Manager, Solution Consulting & Services, India.

You will make an impact in the following way:
Be responsible for the technical service for Belden products and solutions in India and lead the service team professionally.
Support sales and solution consultants in qualifying opportunities, development and realization of technical solutions to meet customer requirements (e.g., PoC, FAT)
Drive Proof of Concepts (PoCs), technical demonstrations, solution validation, and customer escalations.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers and partners during sol
