Position Overview




We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our Product Management team at IK. In this role, you’ll support the discovery, development, and improvement of products that help users succeed in their career journeys. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to define problems, shape solutions, and deliver meaningful user experiences.
This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who is curious, structured in their thinking, and excited to learn how great products are built

Responsibilities:
Support the end-to-end product lifecycle—from problem discovery to delivery and iteration
Work with engineers and designers to define requirements, clarify scope, and prioritize work
Gather and synthesize user feedback, product data, and internal inputs to inform decisions
