About the Role:
We're looking for an Associate to join our Global Partnerships team and own the operational backbone of our supply partner ecosystem — from onboarding and contract negotiations to client campaign performance monitoring and issue resolution. You'll sit at the heart of a network powering solutions daily, with direct working on the deals, data, and decisions that shape Joveo's global supply business.

What You'll Do:
Manage ongoing relationships with some of the biggest supply partners in the industry, mapping their capabilities against Joveo's programmatic needs and acting as the revenue-driven operations backbone of the partnership
Own the onboarding and setup of current supply partners end-to-end — from scoping the opportunity to configuring accounts for launch
Sit at the negotiating table — driving contract terms, campaign fitment, and playing an active role in shaping our programmatic business day to day




Be the person who unblocks the business — resolving payment blockers swiftly and keeping partner operations running without friction
Turn performance data into decisions — monitoring metrics, spotting anomalies or pause-risk situations early, and driving them to resolution
Own the partner relationship on the ground — handling day-to-day queries and escalations and seeing them through to resolution
Be the connective tissue across the business — partnering with Client Success, Finance, Legal, and Product to keep every workflow moving
Bring a sharp analytical lens to partner performance and spend data, turning it into insights and recommendations that shape internal strategy
Champion AI-driven innovation — spearheading process improvements that make partner operations faster and smarter

What We're Looking For:
