Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 1.5–2 years of relevant experience to join our team. This role is suited to professionals who have already built a solid foundation in outbound prospecting and are ready to take on greater ownership of pipeline generation, account research, and cross-team coordination in a quick-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a proven track record of hitting targets, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This position operates on a US shift to align with our US-based clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities




• Own outbound prospecting via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and cold calling to build and manage a healthy, qualified pipeline.
• Independently research and identify decision-makers and key influencers within targeted accounts, tailoring outreach to each buyer persona.
• Design and run targeted cold email and multi-channel outbound campaigns across industries and geographies, iterating based on response data.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects, moving qualified leads efficiently through the funnel.
• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene — logging activity, tracking pipeline stages, and using data to prioritize outreach.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives/the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff, and contribute directly to team revenue targets.
