E-Commerce Sales Manager

Job Location: India-Gurgaon

This role focuses on driving online revenue growth, expanding digital market share, and developing strategic partnerships with e-commerce customers and online channel partners. You will be responsible for proactively managing and growing Sennheiser and Neumann's business across e-commerce platforms, online retailers, marketplaces, and digital distribution partners.

You will identify current business opportunities, strengthen existing customer relationships, optimize online product visibility, and develop joint business plans that drive sustainable growth. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to ensure execution excellence across all digital sales channels. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding individual sales objectives, sub-regional targets, and assigned KPIs while increasing market share and maximizing online customer performance.
