Role Summary
The Campus Manager will be responsible for the overall administration and operational management of the Skill Centre. The role involves ensuring smooth campus operations, successful implementation of academic and skill development programmes, financial management, stakeholder coordination, regulatory compliance, laboratory management, placement support, and team leadership. The Campus Manager will work closely with Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), industry partners, government agencies, trainers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality learner outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Compliance
Achieve monthly revenue targets assigned by the organization.
Prepare and monitor annual and operational budgets.
Ensure financial reporting, audit readiness, and statutory compliance.
Submit utilization certificates and financial reports within prescribed timelines.




Monitor expenditure and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Laboratory Setup & Infrastructure Management
Establish laboratories before the commencement of training batches.
Ensure availability, maintenance, and optimal utilization of laboratory equipment.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and infrastructure standards.
Academic Programme Management
Ensure timely commencement and successful delivery of training programmes.
Monitor batch scheduling and academic calendars.
Track student attendance, trainer attendance, and batch completion.
Maintain high learner satisfaction and academic quality standards.
Student Lifecycle Management
Drive student mobilization, admissions, enrolment, attendance, assessments, certification, internships, and placements.
Ensure timely issuance of certificates.
Coordinate student support services and grievance resolution.
