Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in AEM Sites development, Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), Adobe Core Components, REST API integrations, and modern frontend technologies. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, UX teams, architects, DevOps teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable, secure, high-performing digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Adobe Experience Manager Development

Design, develop, and maintain reusable AEM components,



templates, dialogs, and workflows.
Develop scalable solutions using Sling Models, HTL (Sightly), OSGi services, and Java.
Configure Editable Templates, Content Policies, Client Libraries (ClientLibs), Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments.
Customize and extend Adobe Core Components following AEM best practices.
Develop and support content authoring and publishing capabilities.
Troubleshoot authoring, publishing, dispatcher, and replication issues.
Perform AEM performance tuning and application optimization.
Support upgrades, patches, and migration to AEM as a Cloud Service where applicable.

Backend Development

Develop Java-based services, servlets, schedulers, and workflows.
Build reusable business services using OSGi.
Develop secure REST API integrations with enterprise systems.
Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
