Role Overview:
Position: Senior Engineering Manager — AI-Accelerated Software Delivery
Reporting to: Senior Vice President of Technology
Primary Responsibility: Deliver software end-to-end at high velocity and quality using Claude Code, and multiply team output by establishing the standards, reusable frameworks, and enablement that scale AI-accelerated delivery — while coaching, mentoring, and leading engineers and cross-functional contributors.
About the Role:
We are hiring senior, hands-on technical leaders to define how we build software in the era of AI-assisted development. This is a player-coach role: you will personally deliver across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and the adjacent disciplines our teams cover — platform and product engineering, client implementations, business analysis, quality assurance, and project/product management — using Claude Code to ship faster and at higher quality. You will then codify what works into repeatable standards, playbooks, and tooling,



and drive their adoption through hands-on coaching and team enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and deliver work end-to-end with minimal oversight — from requirements and software architecture through implementation, testing, and release — across the full SDLC.
Use Claude Code as a core part of your daily workflow to materially accelerate delivery without compromising quality, across diverse work types: platform/product engineering, client implementations, business analysis, QA/test automation, and project/product management.
Make sound software architecture and system-design decisions independently; scope ambiguous problems and drive them to completion.
Establish and document reusable standards, playbooks, prompts, workflows, and internal tooling for AI-accelerated development — the kind you rely on yourself and that others can readily adopt.
