Role Description The Head of Human Resources at Arni University will lead the HR function, overseeing all people-related strategies, policies, and processes. This full-time, on-site role in Junga involves managing recruitment and onboarding, performance management, compensation and advantages, and employee engagement initiatives. The role includes ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate HR records, and implementing fair and transparent HR practices.



The Head of HR will partner with university leadership to develop workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies, and will act as a trusted advisor on organizational culture and change management. Daily responsibilities also include handling employee relations, resolving workplace issues, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across the university community.
