Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager (Meta & Google Ads) is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads to drive measurable business outcomes for clients. Day-to-day tasks include developing campaign strategies, setting up and managing ad accounts, conducting keyword and audience research, creating and testing ad creatives,



and monitoring performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions. The Performance Marketing Manager will analyze data, prepare performance reports and insights, manage budgets, and recommend optimization actions to improve results. The role also involves close collaboration with content, design, and account management teams to ensure ads are aligned with brand objectives and integrated marketing plans.
Qualifications
Strong skills in performance marketing on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), including campaign setup, audience targeting, and optimization.
Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), keyword research, bid strategies, and conversion optimization.
Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager dashboards) to interpret data and drive decisions.
