Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Morbi.



The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for electrical substation and related EPC/O&M; projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing procurement and expediting of materials, monitoring logistics and deliveries, and ensuring inspection and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves tracking project progress against timelines and budgets, identifying risks, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining documentation and reports for management and clients. The Project Manager will also support adherence to safety and compliance requirements, facilitate communication among site teams, and contribute to continuous improvement of project processes.
