We're looking for a hands-on Salesforce Developer to own development and admin for our Salesforce ecosystem on a part-time contract basis. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role — you'll work directly with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to keep our Salesforce instance running fast, clean, and automated.

What You'll Own
Salesforce Development & Administration
Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud
Build and maintain Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Validation Rules, and process automation
Optimize SOQL queries and platform performance
Manage sandbox deployments and production releases
Maintain profiles, permission sets, roles, and security settings
Lead Management & Automation
Own the end-to-end lead intake process




Improve lead routing, assignment rules, deduplication, and automation
Integrate and optimize lead flows from Meta Lead Ads, website forms, and SMS platforms
Marketing & API Integrations
Maintain the qualified-lead feedback loop back to Meta
Build and maintain REST API integrations
Extend existing Node.js integrations using OAuth JWT authentication
Replace manual reporting with live Salesforce API integrations
Dialpad Integration
Maintain the Dialpad managed package
Support call logging, dispositions, and API integrations
Sales Operations
Modify Opportunity stages and sales processes
Create and update custom fields, page layouts, and automation
Implement operational changes quickly as business needs evolve
Reporting
Build Salesforce reports and dashboards
Support ongoing reporting requests from Sales and Operations
