Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer who can drive the end-to-end design process, conduct stakeholder workshops, and create intuitive user experiences. The ideal candidate should be able to transform business requirements into engaging user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct discovery and design workshops with stakeholders and business teams.
Create user journey maps, personas, information architecture (IA), and user flows.
Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive clickable prototypes.
Develop user-centric experiences for web and mobile applications.
Create and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams.
Prepare design specifications and handoff documentation for development teams.
Ensure consistency, accessibility, usability,
and best UX practices across products.
Gather feedback and iterate designs based on user and stakeholder input.
Required Skills:
Solid experience in UI/UX Design.
Expertise in Figma (preferred) or similar design tools.
Experience creating:
User Journey Maps
Information Architecture (IA)
User Flows
Wireframes
High-Fidelity Mockups
Clickable Prototypes
Design Systems & Component Libraries
Strong understanding of usability principles and user-centered design.
Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
Preferred:
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Enterprise Applications.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
