About the Role
We're looking for someone who loves the entire video production process.
Someone who's comfortable setting up a shoot, directing the energy on set, framing the perfect shot, and then bringing everything together in the post production.

What You'll Own
? Production
Plan and execute shoots across podcasts, interviews, events, campaigns, and brand content
Operate mirrorless cameras
Manage lighting, audio, and multicamera productions
Coordinate with speakers, creators, and internal stakeholders during shoots
Ensure smooth execution from setup to wrap

Post-Production
Edit short-form and long-form content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn.
Create engaging cuts with strong pacing and storytelling
Add motion graphics and visual enhancements
Optimize content for different formats and channels

Work closely with Founders, Marketing, Content, and Growth teams
Translate creative ideas into compelling visual stories
Own projects from concept to final delivery

Experiment with AI-powered tools and new workflows
Stay updated with content, creator, and video production trends
