Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for driving sales growth and market development for Aakaar Medical Technologies’ product portfolio in the assigned territory.



The role includes managing relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers, and conducting product demonstrations and presentations. The Area Sales Manager will plan and execute territory sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets. Daily activities include visiting customers, generating leads, negotiating contracts, coordinating installations or deliveries, and providing post-sales support in collaboration with service teams. The role also involves reporting market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, while supporting training events, workshops, and conferences to strengthen brand presence.
