Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Executive to join our Projects Team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, execution, and timely completion of interior fit-out and furniture projects.
The role involves close coordination with clients, architects, designers, vendors, suppliers, site teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.



The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple tasks, track project progress, resolve execution-related issues, and ensure that projects are delivered as per approved timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Coordination
Coordinate project execution from planning through completion and handover.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and key deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with site teams, vendors, contractors, and internal departments for smooth execution.
Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely resolution of project-related issues.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and consultants on project requirements and updates.
Follow up on approvals, drawings, samples, finishes, and other project deliverables.
Attend project meetings and communicate updates and action points to the
