About Hotel Growth Partners
Hotel Growth Partners helps independent hotels and resorts maximise their commercial performance through revenue management, reservations, marketing, technology and strategic growth.
We’re building a modern hospitality brand and are looking for a passionate Content Creator to help showcase some of Goa’s most beautiful resorts, destinations and experiences.
This is primarily a field-based role. Most days, you’ll be out capturing content at resorts, beaches, cafés, restaurants, attractions, events and experiences across Goa.
No two days will be the same.
About the Role
We’re not looking for someone who simply records videos—we’re looking for someone who sees stories before they happen. Someone who instinctively thinks about composition, movement, transitions and how individual shots come together to create compelling content.
You should enjoy planning shots before pressing record, understanding how one scene flows naturally into the next,



and using creative in-camera techniques to produce engaging content with minimal editing.
If you’re constantly exploring current filming techniques, creative apps, AI tools and visual trends simply because you enjoy learning, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll work closely with our Social Media Manager to plan and produce content for Hotel Growth Partners and our hospitality clients, helping to tell authentic stories that inspire people to travel.
Key Responsibilities
● Visit hotels, resorts and hospitality businesses throughout Goa.
● Capture high-quality photography and video content, primarily using a smartphone.
● Use DSLR cameras where higher-quality or low-light photography is required.
● Produce engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, carousel posts and other digital content.
● Capture local attractions, beaches, cafés, restaurants, shopping areas, waterfalls, forts, festivals and other experiences that complement our hospitality content.
