Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance to clients, perform software testing, identify and report bugs, and coordinate with the development team to ensure smooth product performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to clients via calls, emails, and remote sessions.
Troubleshoot software-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Perform regular functional checks and internal audits of the web and mobile applications to ensure all modules are working as expected.
Verify newly released features, updates,



and bug fixes to ensure they function correctly before and after deployment.
Identify, document, and report software bugs with clear reproduction steps, and follow up until resolution.
Coordinate with the Development team to validate fixes and ensure issues are resolved without affecting existing functionalities.
Assist in client onboarding, software implementation, and product demonstrations.
Maintain issue logs, testing checklists, audit reports, and support documentation.
Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues when required.
Collaborate with Operations and Development teams to resolve client concerns efficiently and ensure smooth system performance.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. (IT), MCA, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in Technical Support, Software Testing, QA, or Client Support.
