We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional BRIM Specialist – FI-CA with solid expertise in SAP BRIM and Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable (FI-CA). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA BRIM implementations, financial integrations, Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, and high-volume transaction environments. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable billing and financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP FI-CA processes including payments, dunning, collections, interest calculation, and open item management.
Design and implement functional solutions integrating FI-CA with SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) and SAP Finance (General Ledger).
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
Support and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
Collaborate with technical teams on custom developments, integrations, BRF+ rules, and enhancements.
Support data migration activities, including data mapping, conversion,



reconciliation, and validation.
Develop functional test scenarios, execute SIT/UAT testing, and resolve functional defects.
Provide production support by monitoring payment processing, dunning runs, billing activities, and batch jobs.
Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and test documentation.
Work closely with Billing, Finance, CRM, Integration, and Technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
