within TO acts as a strategic enabler, delivering value through process design,
data-driven insights, and scalable improvement frameworks. Together, we
collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, implement
sustainable solutions, and strengthen organizational capabilities. Our focus
spans training, coaching, and program execution to build a high-performing,
innovation-led ecosystem.

About the Role:

As an OPEX Senior Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving
Operational Excellence initiatives through robust program execution, reporting
and stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to




manage deliverables, track progress, and provide data-driven insights that
support decision-making and continuous improvement. The role includes
contributing to the development of tools, templates and reporting frameworks,
while supporting training, coaching, and enterprise-wide process transformation
initiatives. You will act as a key enabler of OPEX programs by ensuring robust
governance, clear communication, and adherence to standards, while proactively
identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and enhancement.
Additionally, you will strengthen the OPEX ecosystem by driving internal
improvements, building capability, and fostering a culture of accountability,
collaboration, and innovation.
