Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
6+ years of experience in backend/full stack development
Strong hands-on expertise in:
Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
Experience in full stack development (React or Angular)
Strong understanding of system design and scalable architecture
Experience building APIs and handling system integrations
Knowledge of high-volume data or media processing systems
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Robust problem-solving and ownership mindset
Key Responsibilities*
Design and develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring
Develop end-to-end features including backend services and frontend integration
Build and maintain robust APIs for web and mobile applications
Optimize performance across backend systems, APIs, and frontend layers
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack
Ensure system scalability, reliability, and maintainability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, frontend, mobile)
Participate in Agile practices like sprint planning and retrospectives
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Follow coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure clean architecture
Take ownership of technical decisions and delivery outcomes
Support mentoring and knowledge sharing within the team
Drive improvements in engineering practices and processes
