About the role :
At SUBO, we’re building a fast-growing women’s fast fashion brand, focused on elevating everyday wear with clean, modern design. This role sits at the intersection of operations and finance quietly ensuring the business runs smoothly while contributing to better decision-making as we scale.

Stipend: ₹10,000/month ( prospect to convert into a permanent role )

Role Overview :
Manage Shopify operations – product uploads, collections, pricing, and updates
Handle product & catalog management – descriptions, tags, variants
Support campaigns & promotions – discounts, coupons, landing pages
Maintain inventory & order flow – stock tracking, order processing, fulfillment coordination
Assist with marketplace operations – Myntra, Nykaa, etc.
Coordinate with marketing/ads teams and track performance




Record daily accounting entries – sales, expenses, purchases
Support bank reconciliation, GST, TDS & compliance
Track vendor payments & basic payroll coordination
Monitor cash flow, budgets & monthly P&L;
Work on product costing, pricing & margin understanding
Assist in inventory valuation & stock analysis
Prepare MIS reports – sales, inventory, cash flow, marketing ROI
Contribute to basic business insights & reporting

Tools :
Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets, Tally/Zoho/Odoo (or similar)
