Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Food Product Development Technologist to develop new food products, improve existing recipes,



and support product scale-up from concept to production. The role involves experimenting with ingredients, creating formulations, testing samples, improving taste and texture, and ensuring products meet quality, safety, and shelf-life requirements.
Key Responsibility:
Develop new food product recipes and formulations based on business goals, market trends, and customer requirements.
Experiment with ingredients, ratios, processing methods, and textures to create stable and commercially viable products.
Prepare lab or kitchen samples, conduct trials, and document all test results clearly.
Improve taste, mouthfeel, appearance, shelf life, and nutritional profile of products.
Scale up successful prototypes from small batch testing to production-ready formulations.
Work on products such as chocolate spreads, premixes, snack mixes, sauces, bakery products, or functional foods.
