Role Summary
Join athenahealth as a Marketing Automation & AI Manager based in Bangalore Whitefield, India, in a hybrid work model. This role offers an opportunity to design, build, and scale AI-powered workflows that transform how our marketing team operates. You’ll partner closely with marketing, sales, ABM, and design teams to identify manual processes, automate them using up-to-date AI and workflow tools, and enable the broader marketing organization to adopt these capabilities confidently. The Marketing Automation & AI Manager will report directly to the Senior Manager of AI Marketing Strategy.
This is a builder role for a mature marketing operator who is curious about AI and excited to work at the intersection of marketing, automation, and enterprise systems.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Design and build AI-powered workflows that automate repeatable marketing processes from content generation and campaign orchestration to lead enrichment and reporting.
Partner with marketing stakeholders (ABM, growth, content, brand) to identify high-impact automation opportunities and translate business needs into workflow designs.
