Role Description The Personal Loan Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Washim. The person in this role will assist clients in understanding and selecting appropriate personal loan options, explain loan terms and conditions, and guide applicants through the documentation and approval process. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective borrowers, collecting and verifying required information,



coordinating with lending partners, and tracking applications from initiation to disbursement. The Personal Loan Specialist will also follow up with clients, address queries, ensure compliance with relevant policies, and maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external financial institutions to deliver timely and reliable service.
