Key Responsibilities
Manage high-performing, effective, and successful software engineering team(s).
Attract, recruit, and retain top engineering talent.
Deliver secure, resilient, and high-quality software aligned with ECS strategy and product roadmaps.
Provide guidance and support to multiple agile teams, ensuring adherence to best-practice software development principles.
Collaborate with Product Owners on technology roadmaps to achieve business goals and maintain a sustainable platform.
Develop and implement current approaches for efficient and timely delivery.
Proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives within your area of responsibility.




Manage team performance and development, fostering a strong team culture.
Increase engagement through regular, transparent feedback and appropriate recognition.
Ensure the security posture of products and services under your responsibility remains robust and compliant.
Qualifications
12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4+ years in a leadership or management role.
Proven track record of building mission-critical, high-volume transaction web-based software systems.
Extensive expertise in .NET and React, with strong knowledge of microservice architecture delivered on .NET Core, Node.js, and React.
Hands-on experience with AWS technologies such as CloudFront, S3, Fargate, EC2, Lambda, SNS, SQS, and DynamoDB, as well as cloud development using AWS or Microsoft Azure.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile tooling like Jira, Mural, and Confluence.
