About The Role
As part of the founding engineering team, you'll be helping make the foundational architectural decisions that define what our platform becomes. You'll work directly with our founders to translate our product vision into working software. You'll own the full stack,
independently build end-to-end and help set the engineering culture from day one.
This role is for someone who thrives with autonomy, collaborates effectively with others and can move fast without sacrificing craft. A strong work ethic, excellent communication, smart judgement and high standards of excellence are key. You must be comfortable working in an ambiguous fast-changing environment, make good decisions and own the outcome.
Responsibilities
Develop the first iteration of our product
Contribute to and help shape all engineering and technical decisions (frontend, backend, data infrastructure, and AI/ML integration)
Design and implement scalable, maintainable systems from scratch that balance velocity, product requirements, efficiency and our long-term business objectives
Ideate and collaborate meaningfully to product decisions, technical strategy and architectural trade-offs so we're building the right thi
