Team Lead- Digital Marketing/Head of Marketing (AI & Digital Delivery) – B2B Marketing Agency

Role Overview

Blufig is seeking an ambitious, forward-thinking Head of Marketing to lead our digital delivery organization and pioneer our next phase of AI-driven growth. In this high-impact executive role, you will lead a hybrid team of human specialists and custom AI agents to deliver superior ROI for our B2B tech clients across Account-Based Marketing (ABM), SEO/AEO, and Performance Marketing.

You will bridge strategic marketing leadership with cutting-edge AI automation—building scalable, AI-agentic workflows to eliminate redundant delivery tasks, optimizing service delivery, and driving exceptional client retention and revenue growth.

Role Objective

AI & Delivery Orchestration: Lead and scale Blufig’s digital marketing delivery by orchestrating human talent and autonomous AI agents.
Redundant Task Automation: Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents to automate high-volume, operational tasks across ABM, Search, and Paid Media.
Client ROI & Business Growth: Own delivery quality,



account retention, upsells, and measurable pipeline/revenue generation for global B2B tech clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Transformation & Process Automation

AI Agentic Workflows: Build, test, and deploy functional AI agents and automated workflows (via LLM APIs, custom tools, and automation platforms) to streamline execution across all service lines.
Human + AI Team Leadership: Lead, structure, and scale a high-performing hybrid delivery team—directing human specialists alongside AI agents to maximize delivery velocity, accuracy, and margins.
Operational Efficiency: Continuous identification and elimination of manual, repetitive agency tasks (e.g., report generation, lead scoring verification, keyword clustering, ad copy iteration, campaign staging).

2. Service Line Execution & Client ROI

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
