We are looking for an experienced KAM Lead to drive strategic customer relationships, manage a high-performing Key Account Management team, and ensure long-term business growth through exceptional client engagement. The ideal candidate is a customer-centric leader with strong experience in handling enterprise or strategic accounts while mentoring and leading KAM professionals to achieve business objectives.
As a KAM Lead, you will be responsible for developing account strategies, strengthening client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams to maximize account value, improve retention, and drive revenue expansion.
The ideal candidate should possess solid leadership capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills,



and a proven track record of successfully managing large or strategic customer portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Key Account Managers to achieve individual and team performance goals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers and key stakeholders.
Develop account growth strategies that increase customer retention, revenue, and profitability.
Monitor account health, customer satisfaction, and service delivery to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Identify upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Finance teams to deliver seamless customer engagement.
Conduct regular business reviews with key clients and provide strategic recommendations.
