Role Description The Senior Illustrator role at Light & Wonder – iGaming is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role involves creating high-quality digital illustrations and game assets that align with brand and product requirements, including characters, environments, icons, and UI elements.

The Senior

Illustrator collaborates with game designers, art directors, and developers to translate concepts into visually compelling artwork, ensuring consistency across projects. Daily responsibilities include refining visual concepts, preparing production-ready graphics, providing feedback and guidance to junior artists,



and iterating on designs based on stakeholder input. The position also requires maintaining organized asset libraries and staying current with industry trends and illustration tools to continually elevate the visual quality of iGaming content.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Digital Illustration and Painting for creating polished, production-ready game artwork.
- Proficiency in Drawing and Graphics for character design, environments, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in Graphic Design to produce cohesive layouts, UI elements, and marketing visuals.
- Solid understanding of color theory, composition, and typography relevant to game and digital media design.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard illustration and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, other digital painting tools).
- Demonstrated experience in game art or entertainment media, preferably within iGaming or related sectors.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and to mentor less experienced artists.
- Solid portfolio showcasing a range of digital illustration and graphic design work; formal education in Fine Arts, Design, or a related field is beneficial.
