Role Description The Senior Human Resources Partner is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role is responsible for leading HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for a growing technology and consulting workforce.
The Senior Human Resources
Partner collaborates with leadership to design and implement HR policies, support organizational development, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising managers on people-related matters, managing employee relations, overseeing compensation and benefits processes,
and supporting learning and development programs. The role also involves using HR data and analytics to guide decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong experience in core HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy development.
Candidates should possess skills in HR compliance and operations, such as knowledge of local labor laws, compensation and benefits administration, and HR documentation and reporting.
Candidates should possess capabilities in organizational development and change management, including workforce planning, succession planning, and designing engagement and retention initiatives.
Candidates should possess interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to coach managers, resolve conflicts, facilitate meetings, and build trust across diverse teams.
Candidates should possess analytical and technology skills, including experience using HRIS tools, handling HR metrics, and leveraging data for informed decision-making.
Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or HR certification (such as SHRM or CIPD) is an advantage.
Prior experience in a senior HR role within technology, consulting, or professional services environments, preferably in a global or multi-location organization, is highly beneficial.
