A senior, founder-facing role owning talent and culture end-to-end — recruitment plus performance management, L&D;, retention and HR operations.

Best fit: someone from a startup / high-growth environment who balances strategy with hands-on execution.

What You'll Do

✔ Lead end-to-end hiring for mid and senior-level roles across functions.

✔ Drive performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives.

✔ Build scalable HR processes, policies, and systems.

✔ Manage onboarding, confirmations, exit processes, HR operations, and compliance.

✔ Strengthen Positive Monk's employer brand and help attract top talent. We're Looking For Someone Who





Has 7–9 years of HR experience with strong recruitment expertise in startups or high-growth companies.

Has successfully led Talent Management, Performance, L&D;, and Culture initiatives.

Can confidently partner with founders and senior leadership.

Enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Is an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.

Experience hiring in startups / high-growth companies, strong stakeholder and candidate-management skills, and an MBA / PGDM in HR or a related field (preferred).
