Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned client requirements.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely follow-ups.

- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for recurring and niche positions.

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable talent.

- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in recruitment trackers.

- Meet hiring timelines and closure targets.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or consulting experience preferred).

- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

- Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
