Role & responsibilities :

- Provide Tier 2 HR guidance for policy, process, lifecycle, employee query and manager advisory cases.

- Interpret policy while staying within defined decision rights and escalation boundaries.

- Prepare concise case summaries, recommended next actions and documented rationale for approvals or escalations.

- Coach HRSS resources on complex case assessment and self-service knowledge usage.

- Identify gaps in knowledge articles, process design or stakeholder ownership, and propose mitigation.

- Support service readiness sign-off for transitioned processes through case review and reverse-shadowing.

Must Have:

- Hands-on experience in hr advisory / tier 2 support within HR operations, GCC, GBS or shared services

- Working knowledge of HR ticketing, case documentation, SLA management and employee data confidentiality

- Ability to use HR systems and process documentation to execute transactions or resolve employee queries

- Workday exposure for employee data lookup, transactions, reporting or process validation.

- ServiceNow HRSD or comparable helpdesk / case management workflow experience.

- Solid business English and ability to support global stakeholders from Bangalore GCC shift windows.
