Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across multiple industries and MSME clients
✅ Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment strategies
✅ Source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers with candidates
✅ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using LinkedIn, Indeed and other sourcing platforms
✅ Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team hiring goals
✅ Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures (TAT)
Requirements
✔️ Minimum 4 years of experience in consulting, MSME, and non-IT recruitment
✔️ Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Proven experience in closing mid to senior-level positions
✔️ Hands-on experience with recruitment tools
✔️ MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred
