The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Hardware Product Manager who can transform ideas into market-ready products. This role requires a solid blend of technical expertise, product thinking, and leadership to drive the complete hardware product lifecycle—from concept and architecture to prototype development, testing, manufacturing, and commercialisation.

What You'll Own

Product Leadership

● Own the complete hardware product lifecycle—from ideation, feasibility, design, prototyping, validation, manufacturing, and product launch.

● Translate business requirements into technical product specifications.

● Drive product strategy, feature prioritisation, and execution roadmap.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery.

Technical Management

● Lead the design and development of embedded electronics products.

● Review hardware architecture, PCB designs, firmware integration, and system performance.

● Ensure product quality through design reviews, testing protocols, and validation processes.

● Coordinate prototype iterations and engineering change management.

● Work closely with manufacturing vendors for DFM, DFT, and production readiness.

Team Leadership

● Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams.

● Conduct technical reviews, sprint planning, and engineering discussions.

● Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects.

● Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, collaboration,



and continuous learning.

Project & Delivery Management

● Manage multiple hardware product programmes simultaneously.

● Track project milestones, risks, budgets, and engineering KPIs.

● Ensure products are delivered within scope, quality standards, and timelines.

● Coordinate with external vendors, certification agencies, and manufacturing partners.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

● Stay updated with emerging technologies in embedded systems, IoT, sensors, and electronics.

● Drive product innovation through rapid experimentation and customer feedback.

● Contribute to intellectual property generation, product documentation, and technical strategy.

What You Bring

Experience

● 4+ years in electronics hardware product development (Startup experience strongly preferred)

● Proven track record managing multiple electronics products end-to-end — not just one product cycle

Technical Expertise (hands-on strength in at least 3)

● Embedded systems, Electronic circuit design, IoT, Firmware development, Sensor integration

Bonus: PCB design, wireless protocols, power electronics, or embedded Linux.

Leadership

● Managed a team of 10+ for 2+ years

● Comfortable running technical reviews and sprint planning, not just attending them

● Track record of hitting KPIs and milestones you defined yourself
