Curious about the role? What your typical day would look like? As a GenAI Leader, you will be responsible for shaping and driving Generative AI initiatives across the organization. You’ll work closely with business leaders, technology teams, and clients to identify meaningful use cases and ensure solutions are delivered at scale, with the right governance in place.

- Engage with CXOs and business stakeholders to understand priorities and challenges.
- Identify and prioritize GenAI use cases that align with business goals.
- Define the overall GenAI strategy and roadmap, and guide teams through execution.
- Lead and mentor AI, data science, and engineering teams.
- Review progress and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and production-ready.

You will also





- Work with teams to Design and deploy LLM-based solutions such as enterprise copilots, conversational AI, document intelligence, and search using RAG architectures.
- Make decisions on LLM selection, prompt design, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
- Ensure Responsible AI practices are followed, covering data privacy, bias, and explainability.
- Partner with legal, compliance, and security teams, especially in regulated environments.
- Drive adoption of cloud and AI platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Keep track of evolving GenAI tools, platforms, and best practices.
- Work with senior stakeholders to align GenAI initiatives with business needs.
- Share clear updates on strategy, progress, and outcomes with leadership.
- Support client engagements, solutioning, and strategic pre-sales when required.

What do we expect?

- 15–20+ years of experience in technology, product engineering, or digital transformation.
- 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML, Data Science, or Advanced Analytics teams.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI or GenAI solutions.
- Solid understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, deep learning, and related architectures.
- Working knowledge of RAG systems, embeddings, vector databases, and LLMOps/MLOps.
- Hands-on exposure to Python, ML frameworks, and cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI).
